To remain ‘on track’ for this major, a student must meet the following critical tracking criteria. The critical tracking courses appear in bold.
Semester 1:
- 2.0 UF GPA required for semesters 1-5
- Complete MUT1121, MVK 1111, MUL 2110 and MUC 1211 with a grade of C or better
- Complete 2 hours of (MV_14_ _) – Performance Principal course work with a grade of C or better
- Complete 1 hour of a MUN Ensemble course at 1000 level with a grade of C or better
Semester 2:
- Complete MUT1122, MVK 1112, MUC 1212 and MUS 1360 with a grade of C or better
- Complete 2 additional hours of (MV_14_ _) - Performance Principal course work with a grade of C or better
- Complete 1 additional hour of a MUN Ensemble course at 1000 level with a grade of C or better
Semester 3:
- Complete MUT2126, MVK 2221 and MUC 2101 with a grade of C or better
- Complete 2 hours of (MV_24_ _) - Performance Principal course work with a grade of C or better
- Complete 1 additional hour of a MUN Ensemble course at 1000 level with a grade of C or better
Semester 4:
- Complete MUT2127, MVK 2222 and MUC 2102 with a grade of C or better
- Complete 2 additional hours of (MV_24_ _) – Performance Principal course work
- Complete 1 additional hour of a MUN Ensemble course at 1000 level with a grade of C or better
- 2000-level Performance Jury
