This nuclear-oriented degree emphasizes the sci-ences rather than engineering. Typical emphasis or option areas are radiation protection (health physics) and engineering physics (plasmas, fusion, lasers, etc.). A student pursuing this degree must have a selected program, including option area electives, approved in advance by a department adviser.
CURRICULUM LEADING TO THE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE (NUCLEAR ENGINEERING SCIENCES)
