Online BSBA in General Business

The Online Business Program in general business provides a broad academic background in a variety of business disciplines. This program is designed for students who live outside the Gainesville community or have work and/or family commitments that make traditional attendance impractical.

Admission to this major is restricted to upper-division students (i.e., more than 60 hours of college credit and CLAST complete) with a preprofessional GPA of 2.25 or higher. To graduate, students must meet general education, Writing and Math requirements in addition to the upper-division course requirements. For additional information on this degree program, visit

  • Have a business core GPA, major GPA and a UF GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  • In the following academic plan, business core courses are identified with a 1, major courses with a 2, and professional development courses with a 3.
  • Professional development courses may be taken S-U with instructor approval.
