Enrollment Verification

Enrollment verifications provide a student’s enrollment history at the university. These can be obtained for the current term, all enrollment, and advance registration. Verifications contain a student's name, term date(s), and enrollment status(es).

Insurance companies, scholarship providers, employers, loan companies and parents often request proof of a student’s standing. Current and former students, as well as alumni can request proof of enrollment and degree from the National Student Clearinghouse. Former students and alumni also can request this information via a transcript in ONE.UF.

The National Student Clearinghouse is the official provider of enrollment and degree certifications for the University of Florida. Enrollment certifications from NSC are considered official documentation of enrollment.
