Transcript Orders

What is a Transcript

A transcript is a comprehensive record of an individual's academic progress at the University of Florida. Your name will appear on your transcript as it appears on your university record.

Order a Transcript

Beginning Monday, August 16, all official transcripts will cost $10 per copy.

At this time, transcript pick up and expedited shipping are not available. Transcript requests with the "Issue to Person" option will require the student to select a new address.

Review your unofficial transcript first to verify that current-term grades, grade changes, etc. are on the transcript before you place the order. This unofficial copy is available for your immediate review, and you can also screen print a copy.

You must have an active GatorLink account to order an official transcript.

Apostille of the Hague and/or Notarial Certification

An apostille is a certificate issued by the state that authenticates the signature of a public official (notary) on a document for use in another country. For documents used in countries that are not a part of the Hague Convention, a Notarial Certification will be issued. Additional information for the procedures for notarial or apostille certification can be found on the Florida Department of State’s website and the FAQ page.

Students can initiate this process with the Office of the University Registrar for their (diploma/certificate/transcript) by contacting the Registrar’s office at help@registrar.ufl.edu.

Transcript Costs

Transcripts cost $6.00 each for current students and $10.00 each for former students who have not been enrolled for at least two terms. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diner's Club from your personal device (smartphone, laptop, etc.). Payments are nonrefundable.

Military Service

In accordance with F.S. 1009.26 (17a), students who are an active duty member or an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Armed Forces and their spouse and dependents are eligible for a waiver of the transcript fee.

If proof of military status is not on file with the Office of the Registrar, documentation will be required before the transcript fee will be waived.

To receive the waiver, initiate your official transcript order in ONE.UF. Do not submit any payment information. Close the order screen and contact Student Veteran Services at vacounselor@ufl.edu to finalize your waiver request.
